CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program.  It is used to teach children to be healthy, strong and have a lifelong love of working out, thus avoiding problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.

The commitment to our children’s future is a beautiful, arduous, amazingly nuanced path; we hope that children can be a part of that path as CrossFit has changed all of our lives immeasurably for the better. With your child, we are not only able to potentially enhance their lives, but we also have the opportunity to shape their lives and their realities within them. It is with this endeavor that we have dedicated our lives; your child’s safety and opportunity to improve their fitness are my primary focus.

Tri-State Crossfit Kids delivers a fitness that is broad, general, inclusive and FUN! Healthy living that requires our kids to push, pull, climb, lift, and jump safely and effectively is our goal. The program is designed for scalability, making it the perfect application for any child. We use the same routines for 5 year olds and elite teenage athletes. Each workout is scaled for each child’s unique abilities.

CrossFit Kids classes are designed and coached with the specific demands and needs of children in mind. The program is designed for children of all athletic abilities from 4-14 years of age.
