Death by Pull Ups
First minute perform 1 pull up, second minute perform 2 pull ups, continue until you can’t complete the required reps. Reps do not have to be consecutive.
(kipping, strict, etc, athletes choice)
If taps out @ <8, start over @ 0 until tap out again.
with a partner:
20 Partner Reverse Lunges 95/65 (barbell is across both people’s backs, they have to step back in unison)
20 Leap Frog Burpees, 10 per person, 1 rep is over & back
20 synchronized Pull Ups
